Though we love children, please do not bring young children and babies as this can be unsafe
and very disruptive to those who are paying for a relaxing experience, for some this is the only
time they get to unwind and relax.

To maximize enjoyment we advise arrival time 10 min prior to your appointment. This allows you to check in, fill out or update your personal profile and start to unwind and relax.
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service. If you arrive late for your appoint- ment, please understand that your treatment will end at the all- ocated time that we have reserved for you so that the next client will not be inconvenienced.
Late cancellations and no-shows impact us significantly. The treat-
ments you select are reserved for you. We understand that some-
times you may need to change your schedule but we kindly ask
for 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our therapist and wait-
listed clients.
To ensure availability of preferred treatments, date, time and
therapist, we strongly recommend scheduling appointments well
in advance to avoid disappointment as most popular time slots
book up quickly and are subject to availability.
We would be delighted to help design the perfect pamper gift
for individual treatments, packages or a dollar value. Phone and
Internet orders can be taken and vouchers can be sent out to
the desired address. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from
date of purchase. Any lost or stolen vouchers cannot be reclaimed
and should be kept secure.
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions or medications being taken as some treatments may not be suitable. Clients with certain health conditions may be advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking some services. If you are pregnant, modifications may be required to be added to your preferred treatments.
